Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry items are placed inside a white gift box, wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon. (Please refer to listings for images).
The gift box is shipped inside a padded envelope.
Sizing details
Customization: Multiple sizes are available on specific pieces (chokers, bracelets). Please measure carefully and ensure the correct size is selected where available.
You may also include a request with your order for a special size if you don't see the proper size option listed (for chokers and bracelets).
Additional Shipping Information
Within Canada or the USA, items are shipped via Canada Post, Regular service. Upgrades are available at checkout for both Canada and US which include tracking, delivery confirmation & up to $100CAD liability coverage.
Please note refunds are not offered on items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail unless you have selected a shipping upgrade.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

Regular mail to the USA

These time frames are not guaranteed as weather & volume can affect delivery. Please remember that shipping times around the holidays are unpredictable and upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times.
